Pricing

The CRM is free. You pay only for messages and calls.

Free for the first 12 months, with every feature and every user included. Run your next admissions cycle on it as a pilot: you pay only for the messages and calls you send, through your own providers or with free sign-up credits.

No paid tiers · Every user included · Nothing converts to paid automatically

Free for the first 12 months. Everything included.

Our launch offer covers the full CRM for the first 12 months. No plans to compare and no features held back, so a pilot runs on the same product you would keep.

Bring your own provider

Connect the accounts you already have, or open new ones, and pay those providers directly at their own rates.

SMS
An SMS gateway you choose, for example Twilio
Email
SendGrid, Amazon SES or any SMTP server
Calling

No provider accounts yet? Use the built-in channels and start sending with the free credits you get on sign-up.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered plainly

What's free?

The CRM itself: every feature, for every user at your institution, free for the first 12 months. The launch offer is open to colleges, universities and higher education institutions, one account each. The only usage you pay for is messages and calls.

What is a free pilot?

The same launch offer, used on one admissions cycle. Request it on the pilot page and we confirm within one business day. You can book a 30-minute demo first, but you don't have to. Then you set up stages, roles and routing, invite your counselors and run the cycle on real inquiries.

When do the 12 months start?

On the day we activate your account, not the day you send the request. A person on our team confirms every request within one business day.

What happens after the 12 months?

We share pricing for continuing before your free period ends, so you decide with notice. Your account doesn't convert to paid automatically: it continues only if you agree to the pricing in writing. If you don't continue, it closes at the end of the free period and your lead records stay exportable to Excel or CSV for 30 days.

Do we sign a contract for the pilot?

You accept our terms of service when you request the pilot. There's no order form and no payment details. A data processing agreement is available if your institution needs one. If you continue after the free period, the pricing is agreed in writing first.

What setup and support are included?

A 30-minute demo set up with your programs, stages and channels is offered, not required. Your team sets stages, roles and routing in the settings and imports inquiries with the template, and we help you choose and connect your channels. The support included with your pilot is confirmed in writing when we activate your account.

What's the difference between bringing your own provider and using credits?

With your own provider, you connect accounts you choose, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, Twilio for SMS, SendGrid, Amazon SES or any SMTP server, and pay those providers directly at their published rates. With credits, you use the built-in channels without your own accounts, starting with free credits on sign-up and adding credits as you go. Built-in channels are available in supported countries; we confirm availability for yours when we set up your account.

Can we switch later?

Yes. You can start with the built-in credits and connect your own provider accounts later, or the other way around. We'll help you make the switch.

What counts as an institution?

One college, university or higher education institution, including all its campuses. Each institution holds one account under the launch offer, and everyone on its team can use it.

Is there a charge per user?

No. Every user at your institution is included during the launch offer, from counselors to IT administrators.

Can procurement review a DPA and our security questionnaire first?

Yes. A data processing agreement is available, and we answer security questionnaires in full before you sign. The security and procurement pack in our trust center lists each document and how to get it.

Do credits expire?

Credits, including free sign-up credits, have no cash value. Credit terms, including expiry, are sent with your pilot confirmation and shown in your account.

Can we export our data?

Yes. Export your lead records to Excel or CSV at any time from inside the CRM, and see your earlier exports in the export history.

Plan your pilot with our team.

Book a 30-minute demo: we map your programs, stages and channels, and help you choose between your own providers and built-in credits before anything is switched on. Or request your pilot directly; a demo is offered, not required.
